North Shore Tech 10 year Reunion | Kowloon’s Saugus MA

November 21st, 2011

We had the honor of donating our time for NST’s 10 year reunion.  Our dear friend Danielle was the president of the 2001 graduating class.  She was in the process of planning the reunion when she lost her fight with cancer in October.  Danielle was going to hire us for the reunion.  After her passing [...]

We had the honor of donating our time for NST’s 10 year reunion.  Our dear friend Danielle was the president of the 2001 graduating class.  She was in the process of planning the reunion when she lost her fight with cancer in October.  Danielle was going to hire us for the reunion.  After her passing Rachel, a good friend of Danielle’s, took over the planning for the reunion.  The decision was also made to have the reunion in honor of Danielle & to raise money for a memorial bench in the cemetery for the many visitors Danielle gets as well as for a scholarship for her young son.  We decided at that moment that we’d be happy to donate our time as well as a gift certificate for a photo session in hopes of raising as much money as possible.

It was a fun night for all that attended.  Former classmates from Danielle’s class of 2001 came as well as younger classmates that also knew Danielle.  It was a wonderful night to remember her and honor her memory.  Below is just a sampling of some of the FunBooth images!  Follow this link to view all the images from the reunion.

Here is a little video slideshow of everyone on the dance floor at the reunion.  Danielle loved Nelly so I thought Hot in Herre was appropriate :)

Oh how I wish it was early September again!  I met up with the lovely Weaver Family to shoot some family portraits back at the beginning of September.  I’ve shot portraits of them before, but we shot in the winter so we were confined to shooting indoors.  This time we took full advantage of the great weather and headed to the Acton Arboretum.  I hadn’t shot at the Arboretum before but was familiar with it because I use to teach in Acton.  It was a lovely September afternoon and I had a great time hanging out and shooting.  Thanks for such a great time!

I had the honor of capturing the tiny little Matilda several months ago. I headed down to her parent’s home and was able to capture her newborn images both inside her room as well as outside (yep, it was that warm for her session! Oh how I miss the warm weather already). Matilda was great [...]

I had the honor of capturing the tiny little Matilda several months ago. I headed down to her parent’s home and was able to capture her newborn images both inside her room as well as outside (yep, it was that warm for her session! Oh how I miss the warm weather already). Matilda was great and slept most of the session. Thanks Liz & Adam for letting me capture this special time for your family.  I am sure she seems so big compared to when these images were taken.
